A system failure occurred in KANJANI∞ app from around 18:30 to around 23:10 on February 9, 2021.
Due to this, there were some issues such as being unable to log in to the app during the above period, but the issue has already been resolved and the app is now available for normal usage.

Due to the effects of this system failure, you may need to cancel your device even if you have not reinstalled the app or changed your device.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you are experiencing the above screen, please follow the steps below to deactivate your device.
*Even if you cancel your device, the number of downloads will not decrease. Tap "Change device usage" in MORE. (The browser will start.)
1. Tap "Change device usage" in MORE. (The browser will start.)
2. If the login screen is displayed, please enter usage KANJANI∞ ID and password to log in.
3. When the page for changing the device usage is displayed, tap "Delete the device usage."
4. Once the device has been deleted, please restart KANJANI∞ app and log in. You will be able to usage your device again.
